A Non-Review by Professor Popinjay
I think I might have an unpopular opinion here. This wasn’t what I was expecting. This movie featured no Pan and a frustratingly fleeting amount of Labyrinth. Honestly though, I felt like I was in such an agitated state wanting, wishing, and waiting for the utterly despicable villain to get his comeuppance I hardly enjoyed what whimsical aspects the film presented. When the film was mystical and intriguing it was very cool but those times gradually felt so few and far between I felt like just going and watching Guiermo Del Toro’s Hellboy II: The Golden Army because that movie is RIFE with his fantasy designs. In fact, that’s just what I’m going to do. See ya.
