Two cops who are brothers and partners share a love/hate relationship as they wrestle with the notion of robbing a train controlled by a corrupt uhhhhh….train guy? I don’t know. That would be an interesting story to watch but instead we spend most our time watching these jealous brothers fight over eye candy in the form of their new female partner who I’m certain would prefer Wesley Snipes over Woody Harrelson any day.

This movie reeks of 1990’s tropes including police discharging handguns in populated subway stations, and guys firing grenade launchers at helicopters in stadiums. Also I think there were some diamonds involved and the thieves got off Scott free. Hooray for larceny!
